PC won't boot after Cable management.

Hi, so essentially did some cable management and dust removal for my PC that I built 2 years ago. It was running without any issues; but after I did the cable management, the fans turn on, the lights turn on, everything seems alright but the screen has no signal, and the mouse and keyboard that are connected have no power. Keep in mind, that I removed my graphics card and put it back again during the cable management. 

 

Any suggestions?

Re-check everything... then if still no luck, reset cmos and try again. This unfortunately is one of those "have to try almost everything" faults to get to the culprit.

I re-routed this cable like this.. (shown in photo); can this be the cause?

The cable is connected to the I/O ports of the case..

TBH it could be almost anything, to save time it might be best to just re-seat and check all the cables.

What I meant, was with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air?
