At the moment I have sapphire nitro rx460 4gb oc i have about 250usd 200gbp can any one help with advice on a upgrade

Yes, although for 199 pounds it's a really good rx 580 8gb in price

A 1050 is barely an upgrade from the 460, don't get it

A 1060 is equivalent to the rx 570 but typically more expensive

A 1070 is pretty good but usually much more expensive
