Surface Laptop not booting Windows

TheTwist

I have an issue with my Surface Laptop. I started it up today and it only boots to UEFI and not Windows.

I have tried to run a Windows Repair, but it said everything was fine.

The boot configuration has; Windows Boot Manager, Internal Storage, USB Storage and PXE Network in that order. Which i think it seems fine.

I was thinking of reinstalling Windows  however i have some photos on there which have not been backed up yet that i don't want to loose if i can.

Is there anything else i can try?

So when you turn the system on, it goes straight into the BIOS? Am I understanding this correctly?

And when you exit the BIOS, it just goes right back into it when it restarts?
