New 1440p Monitor (but can i run it) ?

Hello,

 

i`m new here and my english is not the yellow from the egg, but i hope u understand what i am asking ^^.

 

 

so i rly want to get a 3440x1440 or a 2560x1440 Monitor and my question is, can i run it for gaming only with ~100fps?

 

My setup:

 

Cpu: i7-3770K @4,6GhZ

Gpu: Gtx 1080 @2100MhZ

Ram: 16Gb Ram

Mainboard: AsRock Z77 Extreme6

 

i play nearly all AAA Games, Rpg, Fps, online , single player.

You'll be fine, I'd expect around 80-100 fps

If you can adjust the game settings accordingly instead of go all ultras yes you'll be fine.
