I9 9900k only using 2 corse

Pule

So just built this new pc and everything went well until i wantet to check the temp on the cpu and i saw that it was only using 2 cores. so i did som googleing and check my bios and all cpus are activated then i checked msconfig and i said only 4. did some updates to my drivers but still didnt fix it got any tips pls helps.

What does CPU-z say? if you have done all the right steps in BIOS to active all cores and still nothing shows up you may have a DOA processor here and you'll have to contact your seller for a replacement or in case the return period already ended RMA directly with Intel.

Check CPU-Z, though Task Manager should be able to recognize everything totally fine. Check your UEFI to make sure there are no weird settings in place. Run some benches(like Cinebench above), to see what performance is like.

cpu-z says 2 cors aswell so i will contact my seller thanks for the help

Cineebench only finds 2 cors aswell and only got a score of 400 :/
