File Explorer Icons issue

Recently I installed Windows 10 Pro on my new HDD, it was fine but suddenly the icons of my Computer i.e Local Disk's turned into a white page file like thing. When I refresh file explorer it shows the icons but instantly changes again to the weird icon. I have seen some tutorials to repair it, but they are not from some good viewed videos and not sure to implement them. So please help!
