ye dont microwave popcorn for more then 4 mins

UnwantedLinks

Rule No.1 with microwaves, when something catches fire or burns to black crisp, don't open it indoors in panic. Unplug it and carry it outside and then open it. You'll thank me every time you'll burn something and follow this procedure. Unless you like the smell of burnt stuff in your home for months...

Ahem.

The proper way to make popcorn is as follows:

(1) Buy Orville Redenbachers (sp) Extra Butter Microwave popcorn.

(2) Seom fresh salmon (work with me here, this is important)

(3) Go to work.

(4) Put all of it in the microwave. Box, packaging and everything.

(5) Set microwave for 30 minutes

(6) Sit back, enjoy the chaos

I recently bought a Whirley Pop, which is a fancy name for a pot that sits on the stove that has a built in spinning thing inside (it’s not electric or anything, you crank a handle).

These things are great.  Pot corn is usually my Sunday evening meal.

I wouldn't go so far as to use it as a meal replacement, but it's an excellent snack for sure.
