The I/O would have to be more recessed, unless the GPU was using a PCI-E riser card. Otherwise the GPU would push outside the boundaries of the pyramid

The gpu would go with the psu in a separate pyramid.

Yep. I already designed the mobo pyramid though and a few things have come up so I am kind of busy so I won't be able to make the other pyramid for a while.

for starters unless you go ITX and water cooling, pyramids are very bad for airflow and it'll end up being very heavy and awkward to carry
