Is this bad?

Hey guys, so the other day I was in the bathroom and then the light flickered for a second, when I came back to my room and I saw this on my monitor: 

 

I guess the electricity went off for a split second, but this has happened before, yet I've never seen that message. What could it mean, is it bad? Or is there nothing to worry about?

Yes, its just for a split second, just enough to reset your TV box, TV and whatever else. That is why people buy a UPS battery backup. It is just your pc booting and is normal.

Yeah, psus my friend. It sounds like it was a good idea from that asus motherboard to do that. Sounds like faulty wall power to me
