How hot can my cpu get without throttling??!

So back to the topic I have a intel core 2 duo e7500 at 2.93ghz and it gets to a max of 50 degrees on both cores, is this too hot before it thermal throttles or is it ok

Thermal throttling is usually 100C on most chips but for something that old it might be a bit lower but definitely not 50C low, maybe 80C.

intel's website states a maximum Tcase (temperature on the heat spreader) of 74.1°c.
