This seems like it is too good to be true.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Meh, only fools would buy those to mine. That’s what the 1070ti, and 1080tis are for.
