AMD Ryzen Master not working

After installing ryzen master it showed a blank screen as shown in the attached image. I'm not sure how to resolve the issue. it is probably a result of integrated graphics (I'm using a Ryzen 5 2400g).

yes multiple times. I'm also having similar issues with other apps like mudbox and ultimaker cura

Speaking from experience, Do you have any sort of touch screen/drawing tablet input device? If so, unplug it and see if it launches.

I'm not real familiar with the new APU's but I'm curious how much ram did you assign to the GPU in the bios?

I have tried several settings: 1 gb, 2gb and the auto setting.
