How to make designated download folder

I like to download games. But i want to download them on my hard drive and not my ssd. So I made a download folder on my hard drive but that only works when I download pictures and videos. When I try and download a game it wants to download to my local drive. But I don't want that. Some apps that I download don't even give me the chance to change the folder

If you go to your users folder and right click "Download" folder and click properties, on "Location tab" you can change the default location for your download folder.

On Steam, Origin, and browsers though, you should be able to change the default download folder from settings.

You can change it in Origin. Go to Origin -> application settings -> install & saves. For downloading from your browser you should change it in the browser settings itself.
