4 x 4k 120hz monitors

You need display port 1.4, hdmi 2.0 is only 4k 60hz.

EDIT. I missed that you were looking at fake 120hz monitors. In that case hdmi works too, as it really is just 60hz.

I'm soon purchasing 4 x 4k monitors that run at 120 Hz and am wondering what display cable I should run to get that much resolution's and frame rate. The TV has HDMI ports, would a HDMI 2.0 work? I also want these cables to be future proof because I'm running the cable through a floor. (Would it be better to run a display-port and adapt it back to HDMI just so that cable would be more future-proof?) Here's a link to the current monitor I'm looking at now. any suggestions for better monitors or cheaper around the 40 inch range would be great. 

 

Also what kind of of PC would I need to run these 4 monitors. I'm not gaming, so would a 1060 work.

It can exactly run 4 UHD monitor. 3840*2160 is the resolution of a 4k monitor. 2160x2=4320 3840*2=7680. Get your math on point.

Well a 1060 will probably have a mix of display ports and hdmi and DVI, so get a card which has the appropriate connectors. You will probably get 3 display ports and one hdmi 2.0b.

Actually I guess one more question would you recommend display-port or HDMI 2.0 to run through my floor? display-port would be more future proof but I would have to get adapters to get into the hdmi port on the TV

Maximum resolution is for a single monitor anyway, you don't add up multiple monitors to find a total number of max pixels or something like that.
