Checkmate, buddy. Turns out to be a 60Hz panel based off this one review.

I HIGHLY doubt that's a true 240Hz monitor, and if it is, I bet that the input lag is awful. Avoid it.

Quote me to see my reply!

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

it says on product page... I am honestly suprised no one has made a comment about input lag on any of the reviews or mention anything about 240hz.

This is a SONY product. Not some knock off brand.

It's not 240hz, it's like TVs that advertise 120hz

Thanks. I searched the wrong terms.

I am surprised they would do false advertising.

It's completely fine, people are always fooled by stuff like this. You're lucky you caught on before you bought it.

Don't be surprised, companies will always pull these false advertisements particularly for TVs.

Oh wow. That thing is still around? I remember when it came out, cool idea & all, but super expensive & only worked with the PS3 anyway.
