Thanks a lot. Do you know if you can replace the stand? It looks kind of ugly. How colour accurate is it?

The AOC - AG241QX is your only option for that kind of price. It supports FreeSync, so if you have an AMD GPU, that's a bonus.

At 24" you almost might as well save some cash and just get a 1080p 144hz display

It's TN so the color isn't that great, you need IPS for that which is out of your price range.

Or just get a 4k 60hz IPS display, I still top CoD WW2 matches with one...

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I run my 4k monitor with an RX 560, you can just run games at 1080p upscaled, most modern games have a resolution scale as well, you have the same problem at 1440p 144hz as well.

Just depends if you want a higher refresh rate or more pixels for better productivity/daily use.

For example you can just run a game in a 1080p window and still have plenty of room for stuff on the sides, and older games/esports titles will run at 4k native.

27" 4k IPS displays are 350 GBP looks like

It's fine it's just TN, i'd probably pay the extra 50GBP  for IPS if you can. Or maybe just find a used 4k 60hz display potentially if you go that route, then you're saving enough to justify living with TN.
