The RM650X is much better. The G1 is a dated group regulated unit.

Even V2 is just as bad as the old one?

Is it G1 V2 or G2?

I've never seen a "G1 V2".  Doesn't make sense.  G1 was discontinued in favor of G2.

GQ is semi-modular.  Still FSP, but this time with DC to DC.  The RMx is still much better.

Ah, the GQ is good but not as good as the RMx.

From a scale of 1-10 how much would you  rate EVga and how Rmx

GQ is just a semi-modular version of G1.  So you're actually going backwards.

So its not good?

What's the argument here?

Do you already own the GQ?  Then fine.

Can you get the GQ for $20 cheaper than the same wattage RMx?  Then fine.

Otherwise, why are you putting up the fight?  ;-)

I mis-spoke.  See my edit.  GQ has DC to DC.  G1 does not.  Still  not as good as RMx.  Don't take my word for it.  Read any review (none of which are written by me).
