How do I link my Forum account to the LTT Discord, which I just joined?

In the top right corner, click on the dropdown menu where your name is. In that menu, click on Account Settings. In the options on the left hand side of that screen, it will have an option that says Discord. From there, you can sync them.

So I just joined but I am unable to link my Forum account to the Discord, can you tell me how?
