Is asking people to test my VPN service considered advertising? Even if I don't post the name of the service?

When you say "your" VPN service, do you mean:

1. the same commercial VPN service (Eg: Tunnelbear or Private Internet Access) that you also use?

2. a VPN service that you host from your home server?

3. a VPN service that you sell to others?

I dont want to speak for the site and moderators, but if I could maybe give a little insight in the mean time, at one of the sites I moderate, that would be considered advertising.
