Can I Improve it?

Hey i'm about ready to pull the trigger on this build. It'll be my first build and its aim first and foremost is gaming at 1440p. I'm really quite new to this so i'd really like some feedback on how i could improve this build whilst staying around the same price, whether it be by changing the motherboard or case etc. Or if you think this build is solid and i should pull the trigger let me know.
All price are in Australian dollars

That's a really good build. That's probably everything I would put into my build, if I were to build another PC. Only thing I wouldn't use an Asrock, not that I'v had an issue with them but I have always used Asus and Gigabyte motherboards.

Either one of these

Just to show some options: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/2lx6l

Wait for aftermarket 290's.

I'd just recommend going with one though: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/2lx7F

The 780 Ti is a bad value. I'd avoid getting it and save the money for future upgrades.

I suggest switching over to a different motherboard brand. Not because Asrock is bad, but because others are easier to navigate and more refined. Any of the above suggestions should work fine. Enjoy your 1440p`nes :))

Gigabyte already put windforce x3 290x's on their site and Asus teased their DCU II 290 a while ago. They should be on sale soon.

for once someone posted a good build.

that said id (me personally) get an asus/gigabyte 990fx board(as mentioned by others), an 8320 and an r9-290, the bang/buck is just better and will likely be more "futureproof"
(since dual cores came out with c2d's and quad cores like the q6600 the future is more cores and iGPU's).

Very good build. Are you planning on SLI?

Perhaps in the future, but i was told i should allow some headroom even for a single gpu so i went with a 750 watt psu

Wait. It won't be much longer.

You can run any single gpu off of a good 550w.

Originally i had a 620 watt high current gamer psu but someone suggested i get at least a 700 watt because i want to overclock. Do you think i should go back to the 620 watt psu, wait for the 290 and keep everything else in this build the same?

The 620w is plenty for oc'ing.

Take a look at my earlier recommendation.

My worry is that they have a shortage of the chips and hold off launching the non reference 290's in Australia so that they have more product for the US. If that happens then i'd have to wait even longer, damn litecoin miners.
