I7 8700k with a H212?

Livenetwork

Hay guys!

Question? will you think I'll hit high temps with a Cooler master H212, on top of my I7 8700k?

I will be using a push/pull fan set up.

P.s sorry for shit formatting on mobile.

Go as far as you can while keeping an eye on your temps. Intel CPU's, with exceptions, don't throttle until 100C and you set the safe limit for yourself (mine is 90C and then I stop).

+1, the H212 is outdated - I'd pickup a Cryorig H7 and run push/pull with another fan if possible. Also make sure you use some decent thermal paste. The end result will be much better with lower temperatures.

Desktop: Custom built

i7 5820k OC'd to 4.4 GHz | 48 GB ram | 240 GB PNY SSD | 3 TB HD | nVidia GTX 960 | Corsair 650W PSU

Laptop: Dell XPS 15

i7 7700HQ - 2.8 GHz | 16 GB ram | 512 GB Samsung 961 NVMe SSD | nVidia GTX 1050 | 87w Apple USB-C charger
