MY PC ISNT OPENING SETTINGS OR ANY WINDOWS PROGRAMS!PLEASE HELP

earlier today my pc won't launch 'settings' or any windows 10 application, steam and  the blizzard app are also not working whatsoever please if anybody knows a way to fix this i would be grateful for your help!

what was the last thing you did on your pc before it stopped opening apps.

last thing i did was launch steam

and then after that settings and steam games arent working at all

Did you ever change any registry settings, forcibly delete windows default applications using powershell, or us dws (destroy windows spying )ever?

1) Please don't use all caps in your title.  We can see it just fine without them.

2) Have you tried restarting?
