Do you already own the game, or are you planning on buying it?

If you already own it, it won't hurt anything to try -- if it doesn't run smooth, then you can just uninstall it for now.

R6 is not a very demanding game to run (According to Steam, I've raked up 631 hours in R6 Siege).

That said, your CPU, A8-5500B is on the slower side, and is an older chip -- THIS is your limiting factor.

Your GTX 950 should more-or-less be able to run the game on Medium settings or so, and averaging ~60 FPS area, with minor dips in certain conditions.

If you go check the R6 Siege forums / chats, people can run the game quite smoothly with lower end graphics cards.

That's why I'm saying it won't hurt to even try running the game..if he already owns it.

You also need to keep in mind, his A8-5500 is a second generation APU (3000 > 5000 > 6000 > 7000) based off of the Trinity chip design compared to Kaveri on your A8-7600.
