The HD 7990 will become what is known as "The fastest graphics card on the planet" not only that, it's also "whisper quiet" , these are quotes from Matt Skynner head of AMD's graphics division .

The 7990, similarly to the 690, doesn't compare well to CF 7970s, and in the 690s' case, SLI 680s. If you are in a cramped case or motherboard situation, they offer great power for the size, but I would still go with a Titan over a 7990 or 690. Microstuttering is terrible D:

HD 7990's with RadeonPro Dynamic V-Sync exhibit 0 microstutter .

Now that has caught my attention! Now, if only they would make a 12GB 7990 (6GB per GPU). An 8GB 690 would be appreciated, as well.

3GB per GPU is enough even for a 6 monitor 1080p x6 eyefinity gaming setup.
