Can my PC handle a 144hz monitor? (GTX 1050 ti)

I am thinking about using dual monitors, with one being a 144hz monitor, and the other being a 60hz monitor. I WILL NOT BE PLAYING IN 4K. I do not play many AAA titles. The games I usually play are CSGO, H1Z1, SFV, and MW2. I would like to know if my GPU can handle both of the monitors before purchasing the 144hz monitor.

Considering you have a 1050 TI I wasn't thinking about even making the assumption that you were planning to play on 4k at 144hz considering only one monitor is capable of that atm. Lol.
