Which 34 inch curved monitor is better for gaming

The LG 34UC79G-B  has freesync,  144hz, 1ms and but at 2560x1080. The Acer XR342CK also has freesync but has a 75hz and 5ms and resolution  at 3440x1440. So the one with better HZ and MS or the one with better Resolution?

what GPU will be driving this setup?

Rx 580 gpu,  Ryzen 7 1700x cpu,  ASRock - X370 Taichi Motherboard

Response time is a useless metric that means basically nothing now. As @WereCat said, the Samsung CF791 is a good compromise between the two monitors. It's 1440p and 100hz.
