Pc setup upgrade question

Is it worth to upgrade nvidia gtx 680 and intel xeon e3 1231 v3 to nvidia gtx 1060 (6gb) and intel kaby lake i5 7600k?

My current setup runs overwatch about 100-150fps on low settings.

Yes,should be a upgrade from a GTX 680 to 1060,but the Xeon should do fine

CPU, no

i'd go up to GTX 1070 (not 1060) and keep the existing CPU.
