School laptop for friend

They used to, but I think they took care of them.  I found a thread of owners talking about it, and it seems to be isolated cases that don't affect 99% of machines.

Maybe cause the performance is an entire class lower. And also their design is still shit. A very heat-intolerant chip is still placed in a super hot location that caused a ton of previous gen failures.

The Razer Blade Pro is far far worse.

Side note: No one is claiming dongles galore is a real thing. 1 dongle is enough to get all the ports you need. It's the issue that if you lose or misplace ur dongle, you're absolutely fucked.

not really, putting a 1060 in a thin body without proper cooling has its flaws, if you need a thin powerful machine look at the new Aero laptop or msi vr stealth.
