Clevo N150RF screen upgrade

I was wondering if I could upgrade my laptop screen to a 120hz screen. My current laptop is the clevo N150RF (https://www.notebookcheck.net/Schenker-XMG-A516-Clevo-N150RF-Notebook-Review.159486.0.html) with the LG philips LP156WF6 panel.
I found one panel that might fit but I was wondering if someone knew if this would work. ALso there might be a different panel. http://www.laptop-lcd-screen.co.uk/shop/AU-OPTRONICS-AUO-B156HTN05.2-15.6__183900.asp
Would I also need something else to replace upgrade my screen, like a new connection cable or special screws.

Not that kind. I mean like one's a LVDS one's an eDP connection. Or something like that. @D2ultima idk the technicals, but as far as I know, you can't upgrade to that particular 120hz screen no?

The listed panels both appear to be 30-pin eDP, however the N150RF uses the iGPU to run the panel, so I'm not sure if it'll work.

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.

Thats true, I havent seen any of these models without g-sync. But i believe some msi laptops have a 120hz panel and use optimus https://www.msi.com/blog/a-gaming-laptop-with-120hz5ms-built-in-panel. However, these might all be 17 inch.

I sadly enough don't know any of these technicals myself. I just assumed it might work because I saw laptop with both options for these panels.

Yes I know about the ones that do. I'm just saying if you try it don't get your hopes up is all. But if it fits it should work, good luck! For some reason Clevo doesn't offer each of their models to have the best screens, but most of them have similar sizes and connectors.

Alright thanks, once i I Figure out how I can open my screen i might attempt to do it as the panel isn't very expensive.

I'm not sure if it means anything but since about 2 months age I have been able to change my screen framerate. This includes slightly overclocking it (only 10% with this panel). So my iGPU does already allow higher refreshrates than 60hz
