i have intel core i5 3.30ghzs and 8gbs of ram and 500gb hard drive and gefore gtx 1050 ti with 4 gbs and i have shuttering issue and fps drops on all of my games evan the windows store games SOME ONE PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!! :(

Are all of your drivers up to date? Do you have windows 10 creators update? if you do do you have game mode on?

Yes to which of my question :P? Disable game mode, Linus showed that in most instances it does not improve performance but it does negatively impact minimums.
