shuttering issue and fps drops

i have intel core i5 3.30ghzs and 8gbs of ram and 500gb hard drive and gefore gtx 1050 ti with 4 gbs and i have shuttering issue and fps drops on all of my games evan the windows store games

I need some more details on the stuttering to know what it is. Have you installed the new windows update? Is it during any particular area in the game? How big are the FPS drops?

Hmmm, I cant see anything else that could cause this (unless I'm missing something obvious). A fresh windows install might be the best option then.

Have you disabled Win 10 Game DVR? It probably isn't the problem, but it might help.

That is pretty normal for some drives (especially shown through task manager), mine normally sits at 100 when it feels like it.

if a game is enough to send it to 95-100%, it's a shit drive

try reverting back to an CERTIFIED Nvidia driver

btw if you are running BeamNG with a 4 core thats pretty obvious that it has stuttering

Yes, but one you should have no high expectations or flawless operation from. Specially not on a high-overhead OS like Win10.
