Better than ifixit?

So I have in the past repaired phones for some friends however I'm really tired of getting screwed by ifixit and their terrible costumer service and bad products. So I'm curious what other people use for iPhone parts.

Multiple defective products and when I attempt to return them customer service has been accusatory to the point it was nessesary to involve my credit card company and have them force a refund at one point.

iFixit's crap isn't very solidly made, I've been able to bend all their tools with two of my fingers and none of their plastic prying crap lasts more than 1 or 2 uses
