Curious - What bad experiences have you had?

Multiple defective products and when I attempt to return them customer service has been accusatory to the point it was nessesary to involve my credit card company and have them force a refund at one point.

How can a screwdriver be defective?

I would look on Amazon or Ebay and then check the reviews (and be aware of fake reviews and fake accounts).
