Issues when making Sig

This happens whenever you click inside of the text field. As soon as you click outside it gets fixed

Can you post the output of http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ (you can remove the IP if you want).

 

As I understand it, the issue you are having is that when you click into the editor, extra buttons appear on the toolbar (some of them duplicated). When you click away, those buttons disappear again. Is that right?
