Quietest case fans that still have good airflow?

My pc right now is pretty loud, so I'm looking at getting some new case fans to make it quieter. I'm looking at getting two 140mms in the front and two 120s in the back. I'm also probably gonna get an nh-d15 in the near future. My case has two pwm fan connectors (for CPU fans) and three case fan connectors, and I already have a pwm fan hub, so I'm thinking that I could use the fan hub to plug the two (future) noctua and into and then get one pwm and three voltage controlled fans for the case so that I can control all of them. I know noctua fans are pretty quiet while having pretty good airflow so I was thinking about getting some of those, but are there any quieter ones out there that perform almost as good as noctua fans?

arctic f12's are super underrated and only cost a fraction of the noctuas.  very quiet fans.

Cougar fans are extremely quiet in my opinion and move a ton of air for case fans.

I would say Be Quiet fans are generally quieter that Noctuas but they are slower but look way better imo

Looks like bequiet might be a good option... I've also heard of NoiseBlocker fans and that they're pretty quiet, but I don't know much about them. Do you guys know anything about em?

They're all about $20 a pop (including noiseblockers). Which one would you recommend? Judging by what I've seen noctua probably isn't the best option even though I don't care that much about aesthetics but I'm not sure whether I want be quiet or noiseblocker now.

One thing I've noticed is that Noiseblockers are very popular as PSU fan upgrade for but I'm not sure why

Lol. Though I don't feel like bothering with my psu so... :D

 

If it was up to you though, would you get the be quiet or noiseblockers? I think I've ruled out the noctuas and corsairs so it's just up to those two.

The placebo is strong on me for the be Quiet and I like the way they look tbh both are great performers so it comes down to personal preference

I use Corsair SP120 silents, I have 3 so it's not noticeable but if you're playing games with speakers or headphones on you can't hear them. I'm playing Battlefront and can't hear them at all. That's with GPU and CPU fans on. They're also plugged straight into the PSU so no fan curve. I didn't have the slots on my MB.

They aren't nearly as quiet as Noctuas. They're decent value fans but aren't amazing.

ML's aren't nearly as quiet as the others listed if low noise is the main objective.

What case are you using? If you're using a NH-D15, sticking with NF-A14's for a similar sound signature is probably a good idea.

Currently got a corsair spec 03 I think and a hyper 212 evo. I'll probably be upgrading to something like a D15 in the future, though I'm still not 100% sure on what I'll be upgrading to for my cpu cooler.

The NH-D15 shouldn't fit in the Spec 03 with the 212 Evo just barely fitting.

Mostly yes, though also because I'm looking at upgrading my GPU soon and want to get a bit more OC out of my CPU (currently can only reach 4.6 and that's at almost 80C; hoping for 4.7 or maybe even 4.8 once I upgrade it).

Try an AIO then, it will save you the $70ish or probably more you would need for a bigger and better case

Eh, I'd prefer an air cooler since they're quieter and whatnot. I was thinking of a new case anyways since the cable management isn't the best in this one, there's no PSU shroud, and IMO it's a bit ugly :D.
