I think a western digital would be better as it is cheaper so you can buy more for a lower price, not to mention they are super reliable. I love them. Plus, I would go for a Corsair PSU, maybe an HX750i

Get 2 x 8 gb ram to get benefit from dual channel. Also either get a z170 mobo or a non K cpu since you can't overclock on b150 mobo.

This 6600K is unlocked meaning wouldn't it be easier to overclock as the settings aren't locked?

The HX750i has to be the correct dimensions so as to fit my ITX case.

Thanks for telling me. Which board would you recommend> Can you possibly post a link to what you prefer? Remember it has to fit the Phanteks ITX case I have.

Both should be the same dimension wise (both are ATX PSUs)

I checked the HX750i is perfect and will fit my case.

All I really need to change I guess is the motherboard as I will want to overclock.

Also keep in mind that CS is extremely CPU intensive,

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nNdcFd

What CPU would be more beneficial in terms of Cities Skylines. Would you prefer an Unlocked or Locked CPU for the game? Overclocking or No? Also I need to find a new motherboard. That fits the ITX case

An i7 would be better, even a locked i7 would be fine, but the question is your budget as it is not stated.

By the way, I'm glad it works. Just wanted to know, besides that, is there anything else I recommended that you would use? I love to hear feedback.

Can I message you? Want me to get a second HDD another 1TB.

Also here is the revised motherboard.

Sure you can. I think the second HDD would help make your computer more future-proof, plus give you loads of breathing room, if the case can fit it.
