I would Say CPU to a 3rd gen i7 or i5, and then Memory to 8GB, and then the GPU.

First i'd upgrade the PSU, then the GPU. Maybe like a 1060 3gb or an rx 480 or 470 or 460 or anything recent really is good.

Cant do much only upgrading one thing, your Psu wont allow you to get any meaningful GPU to call an upgrade... the best you could possible do here is get a ssd for boot.

But if you wanna play games then a new Psu is required something of 500w would give you room to get some very good used kepler cards like a GTX 660ti

Yeah, you're not going anywhere without upgrading the PSU. 450-550w range will do the trick. As is, an SSD.

Do you have a budget to upgrade it at all? A budget of £600 or 500 would be nice.

Why? A 2600K costs just $160 on eBay and is much faster than a G4560!

The FX-6300 is worse than even a G4560!

And for around the same amount of money, you can probably get a 3770K on eBay.

what games do you play, because you processor can still get you perfectly playable LoL, CsGO, and any older title like Black Ops1, assassins creed revelations and such perfectly fine if you get a 80plus 500w psu and then buy a 560ti for 50dollars or pounds off in the internet.
