Which one to go for (1060, 1070)

I want to upgrade to a better graphics card, i have an i3-6100 with a gtx 960. i dont know weather i want to buy a 1060 now and be done with it or buy a gtx 1070 now and upgrade to an i5 6500 later on HELP!

Worry about the processor first. The 960's not a great card, but it'll get you by.

i would get the i5-6500 and an 8GB RX 480 to be honest.
