GPU for HTPC (Home Theater PC)

Hooomeeer

Hi Guys!
I would like to build a HTPC from my old Office PC. For this I still need a graphics card. I would not spend more than 80 € (83.16USD; 112.90CAD).
Can you suggest a GPU?
My system:

Motherboard: MSI H61MA-E35

Processor: Intel Core i3 2100

Cooler: Stock

Graphics: On Board

Storage: 1 TB Seagate

- Blue Ray Drive

- Windows 7

- 4GB DDR3 RAM

Thank you

A new GTX 730

I'd personally look for something like a used card, you'd get a lot better of a card for the money. A used GTX 750ti maybe.

- ASUS X99 Deluxe - i7 5820k - Nvidia GTX 1080ti SLi - 4x4GB EVGA SSC 2800mhz DDR4 - Samsung SM951 500 - 2x Samsung 850 EVO 512 -

- EK Supremacy EVO CPU Block - EK FC 1080 GPU Blocks - EK XRES 100 DDC - EK Coolstream XE 360 - EK Coolstream XE 240 -

I don't know much about the euro market, I think that you may want something at least as powerful as the GT 620, if you already have the PC though, try the IGPU.  It may already be sufficient.(if there is one)

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

I know it's  a little over budget, but do a gtx 1050ti if you can. Fantastic card for the price,

For Gaming of course. But I think for a simple 1080p HTPC it´s overkill.

It would give you bandwidth for the future if you chose to use it otherwise. I would do a gtx 710. Cheap and works great. Do you want a link?

Spot on, I would say go for a nice cheap passivly cooled 2nd hand 750ti or the like.

If this is video only, stay with the iGPU or grab a used 950/1050 for HEVC decode.
