Check out the GameSir G4s, I bought one on a whim at the airport for a 13 hour flight and was actually really impressed with it.  Quality wise it feels as good as a OEM Xbox or PS4 controller and battery life is excellent.  The phone bracket works well and the swappable D-pad and thumb stick is a nice bonus.

If that things build quality is on par with with an XBO/ps4 controller I will eat my nexus 5x

Granted it's no Xbone Elite controller and I wasn't expecting it to be that good for something I found in a airport gift shop but still using it with a HTPC and it's well worth the $50 I spent on it.

  • 2 weeks later...

I have a razer serval and it works perfectly but it costs like 70$. If you have a budget i would say that some mad cats controller or a steelseries stratus xl would be fine. I tryed the steelseries one but it the triggers broke after about 40 min of light gaming. I dont know if its a problem for all controllers or if mine was a defective.
