PCI I/O Braket for Vertical GPU?

I've seen some two bay pci bracket's for modding the vertical gpu, any ideas where to find one? Or what it would be called? I can't find it.

I would try to directly contact Mountain Mods to see if they can give you a hand then, other than Mountain Mods there aren't too many places that parts like that other than if you were to salvage something from an old case and cut it out.
