after a long timp of hard work i need some advice #new gaming build

Very well, I can't but concede the CPU point, I was under the impression it shouldn't be a bottleneck, I guess I didn't stumble upon any of the threads mentioned.

Something like this would be fine for 1080p 60Hz gaming. You could go with a cheaper non SLI board as the GTX 1060 doesn't support SLI.

Horrible SSD, major bottleneck (6600K will basically make the 1080 useless), garbage PSU, overpriced board, please don't give him bad advice. He has worked hard for that money, wasting it on poor components is a BAD thing to suggest.

1: It's not a bad SSD, it's just not the best

2: Depends on the task, you are just assuming that the combo will bottleneck. It is not a black-and-white result.

The build is a white theme. So the memory is more expensive, but it isn't an overly expensive kit.

SNIP

Did you not see the post I made in this thread? It basically just shows that even with a 1060 a i5 6600k is pushed to its limets. Remember in that video they don't have chrome, spotify, skype and so on open, so now add that on top of the game load and boom 80%+ in every single game, this at 1080p with vsync on.

Not everyone has 4 tasks running at a time.

Look at the video, that is capped to 60FPS and a i5 6600k is struggling with a 1060, with just the game running, you even see 100% in witcher 3, does this show how it would do with a 1070? YES, because the 1070 is a lot more powerful and it will put more load on the CPU.

In the same thread you have facts that show that a i5 is struggling with a 1060 at 60fps and shows that a OCed 6600k to 4.5GHz is bearly stock i7, is it sure that you can get a i5 to that? No.
