Did you configure the OS to NOT defragment them?

there are two options here

1. You did something wrong

2. That place you bought them from got a really bad batch

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

Ur retailer probably had a bad batch. RIP you.

Amazon and Newegg huh? Yeah the two biggest online sellers had bad batches. Huh, go figure. Sure that's legit.

It's not like I decided to buy from some thrift shop or TigerDirect...

You've had more failures than everyone I know combined, and some of those guys push that thing to the limit. Hundreds of GBs everyday.

I'm not saying you guys are wrong, but I'm not going to recommend a product that's failed five times in a row. Same 250GB model @Dackzy is using. Probably a bad batch, but I'm not chancing it.

Interesting. I know that the 1tb msata and m2 have had issues at release, like serious fucking issue. I still don't know if they're fixed now LOL, been refusing to try the 1tb 850 evos.

I only use Pro in my desktop because I transfer 1tb some days from those disks to other disks, it is much faster to do that then install that program on the laptop or desktop I am working with.

I use evo in my laptops and in client builds.

1tb 850 evo was broken for the longest time.

I never heard of the 1TB 850 EVO being broken. I have a friend with one and he sees no issues, however, so it might no longer be a big deal whatever it is.

I know the 840 EVO drives were the ones who had issues with losing performance after a while (and it is why I never recommended them).

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.

At launch the 850 evo 1tb msata had broken to hell software. Systems running it would lag for dozens of seconds. I think Anandtech did a full investigation into it.

Ah... mSATA. That explains why the SATA cards didn't trigger any warning flags. The 850 EVO indeed is a mSATA drive, but most machines had switched to M.2 well before it launched. So it'd be a pretty rare chip. M.2 versions on the other hand I'd expect would've made more of a stink.

Hi guys,

Basically I wanted to address why Linus raves so much about the Razerblade 14". He loves it so much that he even gave it his coveted editors choice award. Upon researching more about it on the internet though I found that it has received a lot of criticism. Do you agree with linus? or do you think the Razerblade 14" is a pile of garbage? If you are with one or the other I would like to hear your opinions on the laptop and as to why you think it is good or bad.

Thanks!!

He doesn't pay for them, they cherry-pick one for him that isn't broken, and he doesn't use it for gaming.
