Recommended speed for the fans of the case? (Corsair AF120mm and 140mm)

Hi,

 

Front: 2x Corsair AF140mm

Rear: 1x Corsair AF120mm

CPU Cooler: Hyper 212x with 2x Corsair SP120mm Performance Edition

 

Case fans are in STANDARD mode in BIOS, also de fans of the CPU Cooler.

 

Do I need to speed up the Rear fan to match the CPU Cooler's fan?.

I'm confused.

Something is wrong with your pics. You don't need to do anything for fans. Not unless you want them to slow down during low load tasks or idle. Matching fans rpm is impossible if fans are different model. Also it makes really no difference in performance.

Speed the fans up if you want lower temps or lower the rpm if you want them to be quieter. 

Looks pretty clean btw--you can paint the top fin of the heatsink black and leave some silver/red as highlights to better match the rest of the build as well.
