Please Help PC Monitor Turns Blue

pcpartpicker.com/list/sTt6r7 this is basically my PC 

When playing dota 2 my monitor would go blue with a message saying hdmi no signal while the pc still ran. I turned down my settings and that helped for a while but now even with basic graphics this happens all the time so i thought it was specific to do dota but then i tried to run tomb raider with ultimate settings (just to see) and the same thing happened again. please help i cant enjoy my favourite games like this.

I know my GTX-650 GPU did something to my 2008 HP desktop that gave me POST problem. No blue screen though.

GPU over-powered my motherboard.

is what plugged in? the cable is plugged into the hdmi port on the gpu
