Poorly u did not understand it, nothing from that is normal , we dont talk about a few people, there several hundred people or more which exactly describe it like everyone else had, Iam a competetive Cs go(legendary eagle)and league of legends player(diamond 2/challenger) 

If my gameplay ecperience change so drasticly I will notice it immediatly.

And no its not the game or engine which caused it. Man if u keep thinking like that we dont have to talk more.

Its a massivly investigated problem and many many different kind of people tried to fix it with every logical or unlogicial possiblities. I was very specific that we are talking about multiple issues here, not just one issue. The games you reference are online multiplayer, that falls under the jurisdiction of server issues. Why not everyone, not everyone is on the same server, region and just plain luck have a lot to do with it. I'm not talking shit, I've worked first hand with this issue. Or more specifically the issue with rented server space. Then of course you have the OS conflicts, shit drivers from both AMD and Nvidia, and the list really does go on and on. But this has gradually gotten worse because the blame is shifted by fans to hardware, and it has nothing to do with hardware.

Well guys he is truly right in some things, its not electricy or atleast not bad voltage , it probably could be a virus spreading through our houses and internet.

You realize that they already tested many many things. New hardware wont fix it , ups+stabilizer wont fix it. Its DEFINTLY software related. But I also think its a Virus which caused It.

No problem, it happens. This issue has caused me more stress than anything before, hence why I am not as bothered about it anymore as I was back then as it was nothing but wasting more and more money trying to fix it while not getting any "official" support from either company.

Buy new GPUs (2x GTX 970s to replace my 1x 780ti Classified)

 

Reinstall Windows (from win 7 to win 8.1 pro).

Install all drivers and just essential basic programs

Install a few games

And that's where my good graphics went away. No amount of reverting back or hardware changing helped. Tried every OS I could, even Ubuntu lol That said it was less noticeable one OpenGL than DirectX but it was still there. Some guy, Kraudi on the nvidia forums, had it fixed for about a day with the purchase of a new 290X and then it came. Makes you wonder what on earth is "killing" our graphics processors.

 

Edit: This doesn't just happen in games by the way, here is a 3D modelling and rendering program:

 

 

Notice the lack of AA and shadow distortion on the gun on the bottom right.

Yep, same thing kraudi had.

Put friend's AMD R9 380 in my case ---> Used DDU to remove drivers---> installed AMD drivers = started CS GO , everything fixed ----> closed the game ----->opened again because I was so happy that I couldnt belive -------> every problem back to his roots.

First, which issue? The texture issue is usually your set resolution for each application. In games make sure you check the ini for shadows. Very common for updates that are aimed at performance to reduce the shadow resolution. So while your setting in the game doesn't change, the settings value does. Same with texture pop up. But to say "fix it" is kind of like asking me to help you not be sad  I need specifics, and some games where the information is handled server side there is not help. Some are even dynamic which is why some people have the problem and others don't. But offline it's usually an easy fix.

Hey App4that, I tweaked my ini files long ago trying to fix this, particularly the LOD distance and the shadows. Both in Skyrim and witcher 3. It changed nothing at all, just as tweaking NVIDIA inspector and AMD Catalyst Center changes nothing once you have this problem. I used guides I found on the internet to tweak ini files and when that didn't work I purposely enterd higher than recommended values in ini file which did not change a thing besides taking a hit to my fps.

sadly he will not understand that  , our problem is something completly diffrent from what he is thinking.
