are you using on-board audio or do you have it plugged in to PCI Sound Card or maybe trough USB sound card?

is it connected with 3.5mm audio jack or USB?

On-board

Try opening Realtek Audio Control Panel it mostly a brown speaker icon in taskbar or from Windows Control Panel.

There are additional in-driver settings for on-board audio.

Want joke?? - Don't talk so loud, becuz I can hear mi talk when i talk even without computer - is funny cuz joke.
