Anyone know a good clone software that I can literally just copy my whole Windows install, Apps, Settings etc... and just make an image ?

MiniTool is pretty user friendly and intuitive.

Macrium Reflect so far has been the one that involves the least amount of hassle for me. There's no nonsense behind the whole thing, you install it, clone the drive and then you're set to go. And it's free. And doesn't nag you for money.
