Hi, I'm doing a school project and I need to know the parts of a CPU like the materials. No the raw versions but just the parts that all go together to create the cpu like all the parts in the CPU and the parts of the PCB and the metal plate on top and the other pieces. Thanks

silicon for the transistors, metal for the IHS, thermal paste between the chip and IHS, glue for sticking the IHS on the CPU, fibergass for the PCB, and metal for the contact pins/pads
