What is your budget? A good pair of headphones is a good pair of headphones. They will be good at gaming, movies, music ect. Also, do you have a dedicated soundcard?

Yes, you onboard is not powerfull enougj to drive 60ohm. Unless it's one of those Supreme FX or the Gigabyte ones. And please make a thread on your own.

I got a pair of HD600, they are over double your budget from new I think, but I got mine used and they are really nice, the sounds is amazing! Maybe take a look at what you can find used, with a little luck you could find HD600's.. :)

(Comming soon)

hahaha, thank you! Let's say I work a little more and get myself a Xonar Phoebus? Is this much better? Or not worth the extra 100 euro?

I would recommend the STX in that budget, but they are essebtially the same card. I would say it's worth it, but it depends on how much you want out of your sound. And if you can find a used pair of HD 600's you will greatly benefit from a better soundcard

you're better off with headphones and a mic over just about any headset.

ad700 and HD558's are my typical recommendation.

you'll need a modmic or zalman clip on as neither has a mic.

I doubt it, try it first, then get e10 if you feel you need an amp.

Will work for electronic components and parts
